How You’ll Help Transform Healthcare:

***This is a temporary RN position to assist with Flu Vaccination of employees during flu season. Days/Hours and Sites will vary.***

 

Provides a supportive role to Employee Health Services to evaluate the health requirements and work performance status of perspective and current employees, according to established guidelines.

 

• Administers influenza vaccines.
• Screen healthcare workers for receiving influenza vaccine
• Participate in influenza vaccine clinics and rounding
• Reviews Influenza Vaccine policy and procedures periodically to remain competent in current and recommended standards.
• Provides health education to prospective and current employees on an as-needed basis.

What We Require:

Education: Graduate of a Professional School of Nursing.

Experience: Minimum of two years professional nursing experience involving interviewing and health assessment skills. Occupational health or employee health background preferred.

Licensure/Certifications/Registration: State of Virginia registered nursing license required.

Other Minimum Qualifications: Maintain current CPR certification.
