Utility Worker

Location: Rosemount, MN

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Work Schedule:

• Full-Time, Monday–Friday
• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM

About the Opportunity

A growing industrial facility in Rosemount is looking for a dependable, motivated Utility Worker to join our team. This entry-level position offers hands-on experience in an industrial environment and is a great fit for individuals looking to start or grow their career in manufacturing or production.

You’ll be working primarily outdoors, supporting plant operations and maintenance activities. Candidates with farm or outdoor work experience are encouraged to apply!

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning and organization in plant and shop areas
• Maintain cleanliness around plant grounds and equipment
• Assist operators and mechanics with daily tasks as needed
• Support material handling and receiving dock operations
• Carry out additional duties as assigned based on skills and instructions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts or other mobile equipment (preferred but not required)
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Eagerness to learn and take direction in a fast-paced environment
