Telemarketer - Insurance - Base Salary to 40k/year - Fairfield, NJ

• Our client, a growing insurance agency in Fairfield, NJ, is looking for a Telemarketer to assist their sales team

Responsibilities:

• Regularly cold-calling potential clients off of a list given by management
  
• Getting appointments/meetings set up for agents and producers
  
• Quickly establishing rapport with businesses and individuals around the area
  
• Being sales-minded without having to close sales
  
• NOT required to find your own leads

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of telemarketing/call-center experience
• Pleasant and professional telephone presence
  
• Ability to work in an in-person capacity in Fairfield, NJ (8:30am - 4:30pm)

Compensation:

• Base salary to 40k/year plus bonuses on any policies written as a result of one of your meetings
  
• Benefits include Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance as well as a 401k and weekly pay
