About the Role:
Westley Resource is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to help us identify and hire top technical talent. You'll work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and manage the full recruitment cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Collaborate with hiring teams to define job specifications
Manage candidate communication and interview scheduling
Track recruitment metrics and maintain candidate pipelines
Qualifications:
Experience in technical recruiting or a similar role
Strong understanding of technical roles and terminology
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Familiarity with sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems
