The target hiring range for this position is $70k-$80k .
The Technical Recruiter is responsible for full cycle recruiting primarily for technical positions. A successful recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline. This position must possess considerable skill in sourcing, behavioral interviewing, applicant tracking, a thorough understanding of the Nightingale's organizational structure, culture, vision, mission, values, etc. and a working knowledge of federal and state wage and hour regulations.
All new hires are required to attend New Collaborator Orientation (NCO) in Salt Lake City, Utah . The College will pay for travel and lodging accommodations .
