We are seeking a friendly Servers and Barbacks and Shift managers to join our wine and brewery team. No prior alcohol experience is necessary, but you must be willing to learn and grow with us. We are dedicated to training you, and leading you to be the best in your role!
This role involves not just assisting customers, but also hosting wine and beer tastings, educating guests about our offerings, and creating an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests with a friendly, professional demeanor and ensure a positive experience
• Learn and become knowledgeable about our wines, beers, and production methods (training provided)
• Assist customers with product recommendations and guide them through purchase decisions
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle transactions, while fulfilling online sales as well
• Maintain a clean and organized space both behind the bar and in our guest areas
• Restock shelves and assist with inventory checks
• Support on-site events, promotional activities, and special releases
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and adhere to legal drinking age requirements
Requirements
• No prior alcohol or retail experience required—just a willingness to learn about wine and beer and grow with us!
• Must be comfortable with hosting wine/beer tastings and engaging customers in a group setting
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must be 21+ years of age
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
