Description of Duties:
The Senior Business Analyst will have a strong background in business process mapping, system implementation, and experience working with platforms such as ServiceNow and Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supporting government clients, managing complex system requirements, and driving business improvements through collaborative and agile methodologies.
| Required Skills: |
- 4+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst.
- Business Process Mapping experience.
- Implementation experience.
- ServiceNow experience.

| Desired Skills and Experience: |
- Salesforce experience including writing user stories, test cases, and performing end-to-end UAT.
- Experience running workshops and documenting business requirements for system implementations. This includes learning and understanding the government programs and being able to translate that into specific business requirement documents.
- Experience learning and advising on business process improvements.
- Recent and extensive experience documenting business requirements.
- Lead documenting functional and non-functional requirements following industry standards.
- Government experience.
- Great communication skills.
- Ability to work well with government clients.
- Able to perform more varied and difficult tasks.
- Able to work in a collaborative team environment to obtain the best results.
- Work as a topmost trusted partner with aFit and the client.
- Provide attention to details.
