Position Details:

• Type: Full-time positions only. We do not offer part-time shifts. No job jumpers , if you can not hold employment for longer than a year this is not a position for you. 
• Immediate Openings at:
  • 3600 W Fillmore Chicago: Dedicated Post - Transitional Housing (Required Fingerprint Background Check).
  • Retail locations throughout the Chicagoland and Indiana.
• Typical Schedule: Your schedule will vary week-to-week, but generally includes:
  • Monday - Friday: A combination of 9 AM - 8 PM, 9 AM - 3 PM, or 3 PM - 8 PM.
  • Saturday: A combination of 9 AM - 8 PM, 9 AM - 3 PM, or 3 PM - 8 PM.
  • Sunday: 9 AM - 8 PM.
  • Note: Weekend work is required . You will have two days off per week unless overtime is necessary.

Are You the Right Fit?

Successful candidates must meet all of the following requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of security experience.
• Current, valid PERC card.
• 20-hour or 40-hour Security Certification.
• Do you have a stable work history i.e. [ held employment for longer than a year].
• Ability to stand for extended periods without issues.
• Desire to work 40 hours per week.
• Ability to maintain clear boundaries between personal and professional life.
• Willingness to complete a 90-day probation period.
• Commitment to punctuality without fail.
• Possession of reliable transportation (personal vehicle or public transit).
• Ability to remain professional at all times.
• Capability to stand post until relief arrives, potentially up to 4 hours in an emergency.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting Pay: $16.50 per hour.
• Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly, with no check hold back.
• Overtime: Time and a half pay for hours worked over 40 per week.
• Payroll: Direct Deposit available. W-2 provided.

Hiring Process:

• Applications are accepted Monday through Thursday, from 12 PM - 3 PM. Please note: Same-day interviews for this hiring event are conducted on Tuesdays ONLY. No exceptions.
• Appearance: Please dress professionally.
• Post-Interview: Expect a phone call within 24 hours after your interview to return to the office and begin the hiring process. Orientation is normally 2 to 4 hours please be prepared.
