Job Description

Salary: $32 / Hour Pay rage : $32- $36 (DOE) We are seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide healthcare support to a student(s) in a school setting. The nurse will oversee the student's medical needs, ensure adherence to treatment plans, and collaborate with school personnel and parents as necessary. Responsibilities: + Administer first aid and prescribed medical care + Monitor and document student's health status, including seizure activity + Provide G-tube feeding as required + Maintain secure management of medication and health supplies + Communicate with parents and school staff regarding health concerns + Ensure compliance with school health policies and state regulations + Provide support during student transportation, if applicable Qualifications: + Current LPN/LVN license in the practicing state + BLS certification (Basic Life Support) + PPD or Chest X-ray (as required) + Preferred: Experience in pediatrics or school nursing (previous pediatric experience is a bonus) + Knowledge of child development, medical disorders, and public health regulations + Strong communication and documentation skills + Computer proficiency preferred If you meet the qualifications and are committed to ensuring a safe and supportive educational environment, apply today.
