Your responsibilities include conducting virtual educational sessions, walking clients through available solutions, collecting information, documenting interactions, and ensuring clients feel supported throughout the process. You’ll be expected to maintain professionalism, deliver clear explanations, manage follow-ups, and prioritize each client’s goals.
