About the Role:
Our client, a well-established construction firm with a strong reputation for safety and quality, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale projects in the Tulsa, OK area. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic, hands-on leader looking to make a significant impact.

Position Overview:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from pre-construction planning through to completion. You’ll manage cross-functional teams, maintain project schedules and budgets, and ensure high standards of execution and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of assigned construction projects - Must have extensive knowledge in asphalt, underground utility, earthmoving, concrete experience
• Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
• Lead coordination between subcontractors, vendors, and site teams
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports
• Ensure all operations comply with safety and regulatory standards
• Serve as the main point of contact for client stakeholders
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff

Ideal Candidate

• Strong background in construction project management
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex schedules
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with construction management software and tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Experience in civil/infrastructure projects is a plus
