Job Description

Position Overview:
As part of the PepsiCo Product Organization within the Strategy and Transformation Application organization, we are looking for a senior Product Owner who can champion product vision and value delivery while playing a key role in overseeing execution across cross-functional teams. This individual will serve as the bridge between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring product goals are met with clarity, efficiency, and alignment to business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, prioritize, and validate requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Maintain and groom the product backlog; write user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business and technical teams for questions related to product requirements.
  • Make informed product decisions based on customer feedback, usage data, and market research.
  • Coordinate planning and execution of sprints, ensuring teams stay aligned with product goals.
  • Manage delivery timelines and dependencies across stakeholders and teams.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily standups as needed.
  • Monitor risks, blockers, and change impacts, proactively working to resolve issues.
  • Communicate progress, timelines, and delivery updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Ensure continuous alignment between business priorities and execution.

Collaboration & Leadership:

  • Foster a collaborative, transparent environment within cross-disciplinary teams.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels to align expectations and drive consensus.
  • Promote best practices in agile development and iterative delivery.
  • Serve as a mentor and leader to peers, encouraging a culture of accountability and ownership.
  • Strong organizational skills with a delivery-focused mindset.
  • Exceptional communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experienced in SAFe.
