ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the filling, sending, receiving, and recording of materials within the facility
• Prepare orders for delivery by filling containers with specified material and amounts
• Acquire empty containers and organize filled containers with use of a forklift
• Participate in the rework of materials by transferring material from filled containers to process tanks and refilling when complete
• Visually inspect containers and tanks for cleanliness before filling
• Daily monitoring of production floor to maintain a clean and safe work environment during shift
• Perform other related duties as assigned by shift supervisor
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Physical requirements of this job include, but are not limited to:
• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards
• Must be able to wear personal protective equipment
• Must be able to stand and walk
• Must be able to lift and carry 50lbs
• Must be able to climb stairs and ladders; high platforms
• Others - Twist, Bend, Squat, Reach, Push/Pull, Hot/Cold environment
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to work 4 on 4 off schedule; 12 hours per day
• Ability to operate and understand computer hardware and software as it relates to the operation and control of this process
• Ability to operate a forklift
The typical hiring range for this role is $22 per hour and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, and certifications. This position may also be eligible for a shift differential and/or overtime. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
