Founded by our lead orthopedic surgeon, our practice blends surgical expertise with advanced regenerative therapies and a whole-person approach to care. We serve high-performing adults in midlife who want to stay active, avoid unnecessary surgery, and invest in their long-term musculoskeletal health.

Our care model is intentionally high-touch and personalized, offering the precision of academic-level orthopedic care with the warmth and attention of a concierge practice. We’re also actively expanding into longevity medicine, with future offerings that will support performance, vitality, and musculoskeletal health through midlife and beyond.

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) to join our orthopedic and regenerative team. This role is primarily clinic-based and includes personalized patient evaluation, in-office procedures, and regenerative therapies. There is also the opportunity to assist in the operating room, typically up to one day every two weeks or as needed.

Prior experience in orthopedics, sports medicine, or regenerative care is strongly preferred, but motivated new graduates will be considered and supported through a structured 90-day onboarding and training program to build confidence and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide thoughtful, patient-centered evaluations and follow-up care for shoulder, knee, and related musculoskeletal conditions.
• Assist in the operating room for sports and arthroscopic procedures (typically 2x/month or as backup).
• Perform or support office-based procedures, including:

- Diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound
- Ultrasound-guided joint and tendon injections (e.g., corticosteroid, HA, PRP)
- Adipose tissue harvest for orthobiologic use

• Collaborate closely with the supervising physician to deliver customized, integrative treatment plans.
• Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, and regenerative strategies.
• Contribute to the growth of our future longevity medicine program, which will integrate evidence-based protocols to optimize musculoskeletal performance and overall vitality.

Qualifications

• Physician Assistant (PA) in Oregon (or eligible to obtain).
• Prior experience in orthopedics, sports medicine, or regenerative care is strongly preferred.
• New graduates encouraged to apply if they demonstrate strong interest, clinical aptitude, and a growth mindset.
• Willingness to train in diagnostic ultrasound and regenerative procedures if not already proficient.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.
• A team-oriented, high-integrity mindset with a commitment to exceptional patient care.

Compensation and Benefits

This is a primarily outpatient practice. Weekend office call is shared and occurs approximately once every 4–6 weeks. This includes patient phone calls and the occasional hospital rounding, though these are rare.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $115,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
