Job Summary (List Format):


- Configure and maintain PeopleSoft Absence Management components (arrays, formulas, brackets, etc.)
- Provide ongoing support for payroll week absence processing, including extended hours on certain Mondays and Tuesdays
- Manage and resolve HR Help Desk (HRHD) cases related to absence issues
- Execute complex configuration changes within PeopleSoft Absence Management as required
- Perform data loads and support data migration tasks, including for acquisitions
- Conduct data analysis using Excel (intermediate to advanced level skills required)
- Build and run PeopleSoft queries for reporting and troubleshooting purposes
- Analyze and interpret HR and payroll data to support business decision-making
- Work independently to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fully remote environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to work
- Willingness to work extended hours during critical payroll processing periods
- Must possess proven experience with PeopleSoft Absence Management configuration and a strong understanding of PeopleSoft HCM modules
