Kids Watch is a modern, kid-first clinic that blends primary care and pediatric urgent care —open 7 days a week to support families when they need us most. With a focus on quality care, compassion, and accessibility, we provide comprehensive services for children of all ages in a bright, family-friendly setting.

We're seeking a dedicated and experienced LPN who thrives in a collaborative, pediatric environment and is excited to be part of a growing team that truly makes a difference.

Role Summary:

As an LPN at Kids Watch, you’ll be at the heart of our clinical care—supporting providers, engaging with families, and ensuring safe, high-quality nursing care for children from infancy through adolescence.

Clinical Duties:

• Room patients and obtain vitals. (height, weight, temp, BP)
• Document patient histories and concerns in EHR.
• Administer immunizations, medications, and treatments per protocol.
• Assist with pediatric procedures and urgent care needs.
• Conduct CLIA-waived testing and sample collection. (urine, strep, flu, etc.)
• Provide wound care and basic triage.
• Educate parents on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care.
• Maintain clean and stocked clinical areas.

Team Support:

• Collaborate with MAs, providers, and front desk staff.
• Support urgent care flow and respond to clinical priorities.
• Communicate clearly with patients and families in a compassionate, child-friendly manner.

Qualifications:

• Active LPN license in Virginia (required).
• Pediatric experience preferred (urgent care or outpatient).
• CPR/BLS certification (required).
• Strong documentation and EMR skills.
• Comfortable with multitasking and a fast-paced setting.
• Spanish-speaking is a big plus.
• A passion for working with children and families.
