Job Description

Description We are looking for a skilled PC Technician to join our team on a contract basis in Century City, California. In this role, you will handle a variety of technical tasks, including hardware maintenance, device configuration, and system troubleshooting. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic managed services environment. Responsibilities: - Conduct hardware diagnostics and repairs for both Mac and PC systems. - Manage cable organization and ensure proper connectivity for all devices. - Perform software installations and updates across various platforms, including Apple and Microsoft devices. - Configure and deploy new devices, ensuring compatibility with existing systems. - Provide technical support for Active Directory, Citrix, and Cisco technologies. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computer hardware and peripheral equipment. - Assist with configuration management to maintain system integrity and security. - Test Android devices to ensure proper functionality and integration. - Deliver excellent customer service by addressing technical concerns promptly and professionally. Requirements - Proven experience with computer hardware diagnostics and repairs. - Strong knowledge of Mac computers and Apple devices. - Familiarity with Microsoft systems and Active Directory. - Hands-on experience with configuration management and device deployments. - Proficiency in working with Citrix and Cisco technologies. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues on Android devices. - Excellent organizational skills for effective cable management. - Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
