Bellecour, Gavin Kaysen’s French-influenced bistro in the 50th & France area of Edina, is looking for a Daytime Pastry Prep Cook to:

• Efficiently complete daily prep lists
• Proactively communicate station needs, including special order ingredients
• Adhere to health and sanitation requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

We are looking for a Pastry Prep Cook who has:

• A warm and positive demeanor
• Ability to work independently while also actively supporting other team members throughout the restaurant
• Ability to stay focused and organized, prioritizing multiple tasks and maintaining careful attention to detail
• Ability to effectively communicate, give and take constructive criticism, and work productively as a team
• Fine dining or upscale restaurant experience is preferred, but not mandatory.

• Morning & weekend availability
• Conversational English vocabulary
• Ability to stand on your feet for up to 10-12 hours
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

• During the first year of employment, Paid Time Off (PTO), in accordance with Minnesota's Earned Sick and Safe Time law, is accrued at a rate of 1 hour per 30 hours worked and is available for use as soon as it is accrued.
