Job Description

The Security Guard is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the premises and assets. The role involves implementing security protocols, and addressing any security-related issues. MUST HAVE A FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE AND BE AVAILABLE TO WORK NIGHTS, WEEKENDS, AND WEEKDAY SHIFTS AS NEEDED. This is a part-time role and will be roughly 25hrs weekly. Pay will be discussed upon interview. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain security systems (CCTV, alarm systems, access control).
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms, providing immediate action as required.
• Conduct regular security patrols of the premises.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in security with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of security procedures, emergency response, and law enforcement practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficient in the use of security technology and equipment.
• Must be bilingual - English and Spanish

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
• Ability to respond quickly to emergency situations.
• Ability to work in various environmental conditions (e.g., outdoors, inclement weather).
