Christie, RD is a cutting-edge private practice of Registered Dietitian Nutritionists specializing in one-on-one nutrition counseling and workplace wellness. Based in Greensboro, NC, we are a dynamic and rapidly growing team committed to providing personalized, results-driven nutrition programs to our clients. Our practice is also dedicated to advancing the insurance reimbursement landscape in North Carolina, working to expand coverage for nutrition services. Position Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and driven Registered Dietitian to join our practice, where you will receive mentorship, regular training, and the chance to grow professionally. Our dedicated dietitian mentor will support you, ensuring that you develop both your counseling skills and industry knowledge. We pride ourselves on being a practice that fosters "community and connection," offering a collaborative team environment where every dietitian has a voice and the ability to make an impact. The position is part-time but has the potential to grow into a full-time position. This part-time position requires 2 days a week in our office in Greensboro but allows flexibility for some remote work with transition to full-time.

Key Responsibilities:  

• Provide individualized nutrition assessments and counseling to a diverse adult clientele. 
• Develop personalized nutrition care plans and health strategies for conditions such as diabetes, weight management, food allergies, autoimmune disorders, and chronic diseases. 
• Lead nutrition classes and presentations for corporate wellness programs and community outreach. 
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to offer team-approach healthcare for clients. 
• Document counseling sessions, manage scheduling, and maintain accurate client records within a defined timeline. 
• Stay updated on the latest nutrition research to ensure evidence-based practice.

Qualifications:  

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR). 
• Licensed in North Carolina or eligibility to obtain licensure. 
• Reside in or near Greensboro, NC. 
• Previous experience in one-on-one nutrition counseling (private practice or outpatient) is preferred, but not required. 
• Passionate about helping clients achieve long-term health and wellness goals. 
• Strong interpersonal skills, organized, and tech-savvy.
