Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform liquid filling, labeling, and packaging of clinical and commercial products using lab instruments.
- Maintain accurate documentation in SAP or other production systems.
- Inspect packaging components and finished products to ensure quality standards.
- Support inventory management by organizing and retrieving supplies.
- Follow safety, environmental, and quality control protocols, including EH&S policies.
- Participate in shift meetings, training, and process improvements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to gowning and safety requirements.
Experience Required
- Minimum of 6 months of industry work experience in a similar manufacturing or laboratory setting.
- Experience with liquid dispensing and packaging equipment.
- Familiarity with SAP or other production planning systems is preferred.
Skills & Certifications
- Proficiency in handling pipettes, peristaltic pumps, and analytical balances.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to quality control measures.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, especially for fill volume adjustments.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a structured environment with strict safety and quality guidelines.
- Familiarity with inventory management and material handling processes.
Eligibilities & qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required.
- Background in science and/or manufacturing is mandatory.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Familiarity with computers and general business software.
