Job Title: Oracle OTM Functional Consultant

Location: 100% Remote

Duration - 6 Months

Job Description:

• An experienced consulting professional who understands solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family.
• Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.
• Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs.
• Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May act as the team lead on projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations.
• Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects. OTM (Oracle transportation Management) functional consultant with a minimum of 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in OTM full cycle implementation.
• Candidates should have managed at least 3 projects in the role of a Function/Solution lead. Overall experience of 9 - 12 years with relevant industry experience of 3PL/4PL or freight forwarding business is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• OTM (Oracle transportation Management) functional consultant with a minimum of 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in OTM full cycle implementation Candidates should have managed at least 3 projects in the role of a Function/Solution lead.
• Overall experience of 9 - 12 years with relevant industry experience of 3PL/4PL or freight forwarding business is an added advantage.
• Should have experience in Interacting with business users, requirement gathering and gap analysis, mapping requirements to OTM, solution design, application configuration, conducting conference room pilot.
• Candidate should be responsible for the successful delivery of processes around the OTM product.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by achieving delivery / service quality norms.
• Effectively manage the stake holders of customer organizations.
• Experience of having worked at customer site. Provide guidance/lead the team & solution design
• Candidates should not have any travel constraint.
