A leading medical group is looking to hire a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work in an Inpatient Palliative Care setting the Findlay, OH area! (1hr from Toledo, OH, 1hr from Fort Wayne, IN)

Benefits and Features :

• $110,000 - $140,000 / year, depending on experience, plus quality bonus potential

Your Role with the Company:

• Full-time, Monday - Friday, no weekends, no holidays
• NP or PA will see 6-8 patients/day
• APP will provide outpatient palliative care in nursing facilities, patient homes and telehealth
• Provider will join a full support staff including a team of APPs and Medical Director

Background Profile:

• Board certified Nurse Practitioner / NP or Physician Assistant / PA
• Experience in acute care, palliative care or hospice
