We're looking for a motivated and empathetic Medical Sales Treatment Coordinator to join our team and support our growing Spanish-patient base.

Position Summary:

As a Medical Sales Treatment Coordinator, you will serve as a key point of contact for prospective and existing patients. You will conduct virtual consultations, present treatment options, and guide patients through their weight loss journey. This role blends patient education with sales coordination to ensure a seamless and supportive care experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Virtual Patient Consultations: Conduct initial telehealth consultations to assess patient goals, lifestyle, and medical background.
• Sales & Conversion: Present customized weight loss treatment plans and guide patients through enrollment, focusing on converting leads into active patients.
• Care Coordination: Collaborate with healthcare providers to align treatment plans with clinical protocols and patient preferences.
• Patient Education: Provide resources on nutrition, behavior change, and medication to support patient success.
• Follow-Up & Motivation: Serve as a supportive coach, tracking progress, maintaining engagement, and encouraging adherence.
• Insurance & Billing Support: Verify benefits, explain coverage, and assist with basic claims-related questions.
• Platform Management: Use our digital health system to document interactions, monitor progress, and schedule follow-ups.
• Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records and assist with operational tasks related to patient care.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare, sales, or patient support role (Medical Assistant background preferred).
• Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• Strong understanding of medical terminology related to weight loss and metabolic health.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a sales-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in telehealth technology and electronic health records.
• Highly organized, tech-savvy, and able to multitask in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Prior experience in weight loss, wellness, or telehealth is a plus.
