This role will work closely with senior leadership to assess current and historical shareholder trends, benchmark against peer companies and identify new institutional and ETF investors aligned with the company's Innovate. Serve. Advance. strategy. The successful candidate will gain meaningful exposure to the capital markets and contribute insights used in executive-level decision-making. **YOUR IMPACT** These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned. + Analyze Oshkosh's current shareholder base to identify ownership trends, investor concentrations and engagement opportunities + Evaluate historical shareholder movements and turnover patterns to provide context for targeting strategies + Benchmark peer company shareholder profiles to assess gaps and new investor opportunities + Develop a structured investor targeting database with segmentation by investor type, size, style and activity + Identify and prioritize traditional institutional investors and ETFs with strategies aligned to Oshkosh's end markets and long-term growth outlook + Prepare summary reports, dashboards and visuals highlighting shareholder dynamics and potential investor targets + Support the development of investor targeting lists and outreach strategies for upcoming roadshows and conferences + Participate in IR team activities such as earnings preparation, investor outreach and post-call analytics as needed + Contribute research and insights to improve the quality of Oshkosh's shareholder base **MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS** + Current enrollment in an MBA program with a focus in Finance, Strategy or related field + Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience using Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to capital markets data tools preferred + Demonstrated ability to interpret financial and market data to derive actionable insights + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of summarizing complex topics for executive audiences + High attention to detail, intellectual curiosity and strong initiative + Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment + Interest in investor relations, equity markets and institutional investor behavior + Ability to work up to 40 hours per week during the summer internship period **Pay Range:** $18.00 - $37.00 The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
