**Description:** We're seeking a **LOCAL** dynamic, strategic, and creative Marketing Manager to lead our brand storytelling and drive revenue through innovative campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on creativity, is self-driven and isn't afraid to think outside the box, and has a passion for hospitality. **Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:** · Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, social, print, and experiential channels · Manage content creation to reflect the resort's unique identity · Oversee social media presence and engagement · Collaborate with sales, events, spa, and F&B teams to promote packages, experiences, and seasonal offerings · Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data-driven insights. Ability to create and discuss a marketing budget plan with owners. · Maintain brand standards and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints · Build relationships with local businesses, media, and tourism partners **The Hotel** At Andaz Scottsdale Resort & Bungalows, we don't do the Desert Southwest like everyone else.
