QualificationsHigh school graduate or equivalency preferred. Trade or vocational school training preferred.

Basic knowledge of HVAC equipment, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and landscape maintenance. Must have driving record that meets La Amistad Behavioral Health Services policy.
Heavy demand; walking, standing, bending, lifting objects in excess of 50lbs, pushing and pulling. Must be familiar with the use of hand and power tools and precision measuring and testing instruments.
