Full time travel LPNs needed in West Virginia for contracts working 36 hrs

Skilled Nursing Facility in Cortland, WV

Shifts: 7p-7a

Length: 6 weeks

36hrs/week; OT is available but must be approved by facility Corporate

Start ASAP

Housing : The facility offers onsite housing for nurses for $600/month. It is a 1 bedroom efficiency apartment on the facility campus recently built for travelers and is within walking distance of the facility. The facility requires that travelers have a reliable vehicle to obtain their groceries, etc.

Referral Bonus on full time 8 and 12+ week referrals. Referral must mention who referred before starting a contract.

8-week referral: $300 paid on last paycheck if referral completes contract

12+week referral: $500 paid when referral completes 12 weeks

• Copy of your BLS
• COVID Immunization card (if you have one)
• flu vaccine record (if you have one)

Once hired we will ask for: (if you have it readily available, it will expedite the process)

• TB (within the last year)
• We’ll schedule a drug screen as well as run a criminal background
  • To your knowledge, would anything come up on the report? Misdemeanors? Probation? Etc.
    • (We don’t process the background check until you have an official offer but the facilities have asked for a verbal indication if background is clear)
• WV Cares Clearance (fingerprints may be required)
