### What You'll Do:
Psychotherapy and Counseling:
- Provide therapeutic support to individuals, couples, families, or groups.
- Develop personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
Client Records and Compliance:
- Maintain accurate, confidential client records.
- Ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards in all documentation.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Maintain open communication with referral sources and other healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with a diverse interdisciplinary team, including art therapists, social workers, and medical professionals, to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
Supervision and Growth:
- Receive supervision and guidance from a qualified supervisor.
- Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development.
### What We're Looking For:
- Knowledge of psychopharmacology and medical documentation practices.
- Strong skills in data collection and analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in counseling practice, interventions, and assessments.
- Ability to consult, refer, and conduct research activities as needed.
