Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Leadership Development Trainee to join our growing team. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about professional development and aspire to hold leadership roles in the real estate industry. You will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and the opportunity to learn from experienced leaders while participating in strategic projects across departments.
Responsibilities
Participate in structured leadership training programs and real estate workshops
Assist with the planning and execution of team initiatives and business development strategies
Collaborate with various departments to understand operations, marketing, client engagement, and sales
Analyze market trends and contribute to strategic planning efforts
Attend leadership meetings and prepare performance and progress reports
Engage in mentorship and coaching sessions to enhance professional growth
Support team members in achieving company-wide goals
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
Demonstrated leadership potential and willingness to learn
Organizational and time management skills
Previous internship or relevant experience in real estate or business is a plus
