Job Title: RN - Labor and Delivery
Location: Bronx, NY, 10467
Contract: 13 weeks with possible extension
Schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
💰 $2,000 - $2,600 weekly
Key Responsibilities:Regularly assess patients by monitoring vital signs, uterine contractions, fetal heart rate, and maternal health.
Track labor progress, including cervical dilation, effacement, and fetal positioning.
Conduct initial patient assessments upon admission, including medical history review and birth plan discussions.
Assist obstetricians, midwives, and the healthcare team during labor and delivery.
Provide education to patients and families regarding labor, delivery expectations, and medical interventions.
✔️ Minimum of two years of experience in maternal and child healthcare.
✔️ Proficiency in IV insertion, phlebotomy, and conscious sedation.
✔️ Active BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications (American Heart Association).
