TBest Services is hiring a Junior Project Manager for our client, a leading company in the electronic and industrial manufacturing industry located in Elkridge, MD. This role is ideal for someone with a technical background and 1 3 years of experience in project coordination or management within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage manufacturing projects from planning to completion
- Coordinate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams
- Communicate with clients on timelines, updates, and deliverables
- Track project status, risks, and documentation
- Support continuous improvement and efficient project execution
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
- 1 3 years of project coordination/management experience in a technical setting
- Understanding of manufacturing processes or automation systems (PLCs, robotics, controls)
- Familiar with project tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira) and ERP systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
