### What We're Looking For
- No prior experience required—we're willing to train the right candidate!
- CPA, EA, or other relevant certifications are a plus but not required.
- Strong understanding of tax regulations and compliance (or eagerness to learn).
- Familiarity with tax software (e.g., QuickBooks, Drake, Intuit ProSeries) is helpful.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
