**Qualifications:**
- High School Diploma or education equivalent required.
- Minimum of 3 years of job-related experience.
- Prefer candidates with an Electro-Mechanical Technology Degree and Rockwell PLC experience.
- Strong skills in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining high-speed, industrial process equipment.
- Proficiency in using electronic test equipment, basic hand and power tools.
- Capable of understanding operating principles and instructing personnel effectively.
- Comfortable with computer usage and maintaining accurate documentation..
- Strong interpersonal skills to maintain a positive work environment.
- Commitment to safety and environmental regulations.
