If, so we are looking for you!!!!** **Industrial Electrician Associate - HIRING IMMEDIATELY - Bridgeview, IL** **Compensation:** + Hourly pay rate $38.81 to $44.34 (Based on Experience) - paid weekly + Eligible for annual & skill-based wage increases + Add EXTRA money to your paycheck by referring friends and family + Eligible for monthly bonus based upon plant productivity* **Hours: Days (7am - 7pm) 2-2-3 Schedule** **Benefits:** + Medical, Dental, Vision + Prescription drug coverage + 401K with a company match + New Hire Wellness Bonus (see plan details) + Healthcare and Dependent day care flexible spending accounts + Corporate discounts **TEXT TO APPLY PTVE @ 97211** **Responsibilities** **This Position is for Novolex.** **Job Description:** + Performs planned electrical maintenance on all equipment and machinery for the thermoforming process to ensure the integrity of electrical systems. + Includes performing basic troubleshooting and maintenance work on automation equipment. + Also includes performing maintenance, set-up and PM on automation equipmentin the Thermo + Diagnoses, troubleshoots andrepairs/maintain all equipment and machinery for the thermoforming process including trim presses, extruders, formers, crystallizers, dryers, conveyors, and grinders. + Modifies new and existing equipment for performance improvements and upgrades. + Completes paperwork accurately and in a timely manner. + Responsible for ensuring housekeeping in area(s) of responsibility are safe, clean and tidy. + Follows all Company established rules and policies. + Adheres to all Safety rules and regulations. + Perform Maintenance Connection day-by-day duties. + Be able to work in all areas of thermoforming production. **Qualifications** **Education and/or Experience:** + HS Diploma or equivalent + 3 + years automation technician experience within the plastics industry, or related experience + Must be knowledgeable in electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics,blueprintreading (mechanical/electrical), welding and fabrication experience a plus + Previous electrical experience with troubleshooting capabilities + Previous mechanical experience with troubleshooting capabilities; Knowledge of PLCs is preferred + Must have own tools and be able to use them safely and effectively + Ability to work with others effectively as a part of a team is essential + Flexibility to work overtime. **Competencies:** A team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to proactively communicate ideas, changes and improvement suggestions; handle multiple and diverse manufacturing tasks with minimum supervision; and the willingness to be flexible with job responsibilities. **Pactiv Evergreen** is now a part of Novolex. **Novolex** is a leading manufacturer of food, beverage, and specialty packaging that supports multiple industries, including foodservice, restaurant delivery and carryout, food processing, grocery and retail, and industrial sectors.
