Sales Representative – Independent Physician Channel

Status: 1099 Independent Contractor |  Territory: Open nationwide |  Compensation: 10 % commission + residuals

About the Role

We're expanding our high-performance sales team and have select openings for reps who already sell into independent physician practices or surgical centers . You'll promote a breakthrough diagnostic device priced at $35 k–$50 k . We handle demos, deal closing, and installs—freeing you to do what you do best: generate revenue.

Earnings outlook:

• 10 % commission on every unit sold – $3.5 k–$5 k per deal
• First-year OTE: $100 k–$150 k
• Top performers: $200 k+ with ongoing residuals on service renewals

What You'll Do

• Identify & qualify prospects in your physician network
• Present product value and schedule company-run demos
• Manage the sales cycle through signed purchase order
• Collaborate with our demo & install team to ensure a smooth hand-off
• Hit or exceed monthly quota and report pipeline activity in CRM
• Serve as the face of the brand —answering questions, resolving concerns, and maintaining long-term relationships
