About the Role:

We are looking for an accomplished and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead and manage the financial operations of our healthcare organization. As CFO, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial sustainability, regulatory compliance, and strategic growth of the organization. You will be responsible for overseeing all financial planning, analysis, reporting, and revenue cycle operations, while partnering with executive leadership to align financial goals with clinical excellence and operational priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management functions.
• Ensure accuracy, transparency, and timeliness in financial reporting and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Provide leadership to finance, accounting, billing, and revenue cycle management teams.
• Analyze financial performance and develop actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Partner with the CEO and executive team to support organizational goals and long-term sustainability.
• Oversee capital planning, investment strategies, and financial performance metrics.
• Manage relationships with auditors, financial institutions, regulatory agencies, and board committees.
• Monitor reimbursement trends and payer mix, and optimize revenue opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of senior financial leadership experience, preferably within healthcare or hospital systems.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare finance, reimbursement, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven success managing multi-million-dollar budgets and leading high-performing finance teams.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
