Job Summary:
Our team is looking for a kind and meticulous Housekeeper to join us! As a Housekeeper , you will ensure that all areas of our campus are clean, safe, and comfortable for residents, visitors, and staff. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to infection control and safety standards, and a caring approach toward the people we serve.

Job Duties:

Resident Care & Support

• Foster positive relationships with residents while respecting their privacy and dignity

• Follow cleaning schedules and maintain orderly, sanitary living spaces

Housekeeping Duties

• Perform cleaning tasks including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, sanitizing restrooms, and changing linens

• Safely handle cleaning chemicals and equipment

• Collect trash and maintain supply carts in a clean and organized manner

Safety & Compliance

• Follow infection control and universal precaution practices

• Report accidents, hazardous conditions, and supply needs promptly

• Participate in safety drills, staff meetings, and training programs

Other Duties as Assigned

 

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum 8th grade education

• Ability to meet physical requirements (standing, lifting, bending, moving up to 50 lbs)

• Willingness to work around cleaning chemicals and follow safety protocols

• Strong communication skills and ability to follow written/oral instructions

• Attention to detail and safety awareness

• Team-oriented with a positive, dependable work ethic
