What you'll be doing:

1. Develop business relationships with area business managers/owners
2. Work with marketing manager/operations manger to plan annual marketing budget
3. Interview, hire, orientation, training, scheduling, performance appraisals and coaching staff
4. Search for ways to streamline and improve processes
5. Remain familiar with changes and trends in the industry
6. Participate in local peer groups related to the industry such as OHLA or AHLA
7. Schedule adequate staff to ensure quality service of guests while meeting budget requirements
8. Work closely with staff to create an atmosphere filled with positive communication
9. Monitor equipment repairs, making safety a priority without incurring unnecessary costs
10. Make certain staff adhere to DHG standards regarding dress code and guest service

Skills you'll bring along:

1. 3 - 5 years experience managing, motivating and scheduling staff in the hospitality field
2. Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills
3. Ability to interface with all levels of staff
4. Excellent interpersonal skills
5. Strong customer service background

Job Type:

1. Full Time position
2. Work a rotating schedule including some evenings, weekends and holidays
