We have been serving Northern Nevada with residential, commercial, multifamily and other specialty remodeling services for over 25 years. We’re a respected and growing remodeling company, and we’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Installation Helper to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who’s eager to learn the trade with a long-term goal of running our Granite Fabrication Department .

Duties

Duties include but are not limited to;

• Follow company policy and industry standards for successful installations.
• Work with warehouse, sales consultants, management and fellow installers effectively.
• Track time digitally.
• Always work in a safe manner.
• Communicate concerns with appropriate team members.
• Keep a clean and tidy workspace
• Assist lead installers with fabrication, delivery and installation of stone countertops and other surfaces
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
• Learn fabrication techniques, including cutting, edging, and polishing stone
• Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces
• Eventually take on more responsibility in the shop, with mentorship to prepare for a leadership role

Requirements

Requirements include but are not limited to;

• Have a valid driver's license and working vehicle suitable for product delivery and traveling when required.
• Have tools necessary for the trade being performed although most are provided for this department. A reliable, work suitable vehicle and valid driver's license are required.
• Be willing to relocate if necessary to Winnemucca, NV
• Hands-on, mechanically inclined person with a strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn the trade and take on physical tasks
• Attention to detail and pride in quality work

Nice To Haves

• Have experience in the trade being performed.
• Experience installing other trades like cabinets, flooring, tile etc.
• Interest in installation diversity
