Global Procurement Analyst

Purpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for a Global Procurement Analyst for JBS that reports onsite to the corporate office in Greeley, Colorado.

The Global Procurement Analyst will serve as analytic support for our global spend analyses, category managers, IT projects, tactical support team through research, data analysis, sourcing support and accounts payable for the Global team. Additionally, the Global Procurement Analyst will develop and track procurement metrics that drive the global team and global platforms, value creation and functional excellence. The Global Procurement Analyst will assist in the managing the integration of data between SAP and Qlik Sense, supporting data analytics and driving automation initiatives within Procurement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Qlik Sense applications, including variables, data models and dashboards to support global procurement decision-making.
• Support global procurement with data analysis, reports and insights.
• Help maintain and improve systems that support purchasing operations, like SAP and Qlik Sense.
• Assist in ensuring data accuracy and consistency across platforms.
• Participate in projects to improve processes and automate manual tasks.
• Work with international teams to develop global reporting standards.
• Support accounts payable and other purchasing-related tasks as needed.
• Manage projects within the Global Procurement team.
• Manage procurement spend analyses to manage metrics, including compliance with performance category goals.
• Analyze global procurement spend to provide visibility on key savings opportunities and assist in developing a roadmap for our savings target.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced), with experience using formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization tools to support decision-making.
• Proven ability to work with data, systems, and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
• Strong team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills, fostering collaboration across departments and stakeholders.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
• As a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations. The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

• Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
• Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
• 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
• Base salary range of $55,000-$70,000;
• Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program; and
