Renaissance of Richfield is currently seeking to add full-time and part-time members to our Front Desk Receptionist team!

Pay: Starting at $15/hr; based on experience

Shifts:

• Day & Evening Shifts available
• Every other weekend availability is required

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Courteous and cheerful greeting all visitors, members, and families.
• Answers inbound telephone calls professionally and directs the caller to the correct recipient.
• Performs customer service functions by answering member requests and questions.
• Keeps entrance to building neat and tidy and maintains visitor log.
• Makes copies, faxes, scans, and files documents.
• Processes mail.
• Complies with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Monitors security cameras and call light system; monitors front door and maintains visitor log and security log.
• Makes rounds in A/L and I/L for offered assistance and security.

Experience and Requirements:

• Working knowledge of basic PC skills
• Working knowledge of copy machine
• Excellent command of English language in both written and oral forms
