Hourly Wage: **$17.5 - $30.5 per/hour** *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. After moving incoming merchandise out to the salesfloor, they ensure the clothing racks, tables and displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.Regularly assist and interact customers in a helpful and safe manner;Work together with fellow associates without discriminating, bullying, or engaging in physical altercations; ANDAct with integrity in and around, and with the safe handling of, valuable merchandise, cash, and the sensitive financial or personal information of customers. *Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act.
