Job Description

As a Fashion Retail Sales Associate at Malibu Fox, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional customer experience and ensuring that each visitor feels valued and inspired. Your passion for fashion, keen eye for style, and ability to connect with customers will help them discover their perfect look while building lasting relationships. Your responsibilities will include:

• Customer Engagement: Greet and engage with customers, assisting them in finding the perfect outfit or accessory and providing personalized styling recommendations. Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive atmosphere for all shoppers.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings, including the latest fashion trends, designers, and unique pieces in the boutique. Stay updated with the ever-evolving fashion industry to offer expert advice and make informed suggestions to customers.
• Sales and Conversion: Demonstrate exceptional sales skills by actively listening to customers, understanding their needs, and effectively promoting merchandise to drive sales. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets while ensuring a seamless checkout process.
• Visual Merchandising: Assist Visual Merchandiser in maintaining an attractive and visually appealing boutique environment. Participate in visual merchandising activities, such as arranging displays, organizing inventory, and ensuring products are well-presented and accessible.
• Clienteling: Cultivate strong relationships with customers, building a loyal client base through personalized follow-ups, styling tips, and special promotions. Provide outstanding after-sales service to encourage repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
• Compensation between $14-$17+/hr

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience, preferably in a fashion or luxury boutique setting.
• Passion for fashion, with a strong sense of style and trend awareness.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
• Proven sales and customer service skills, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
