We're Hiring: Executive Assistant!
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide essential support to our leadership team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

What You'll Do
Manage executive schedules, including appointments and travel arrangements
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications
Organize and maintain files and records with confidentiality
Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations
Conduct research and compile data for various projects as needed
Assist in planning meetings and events, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
High level of discretion when handling confidential information
