Talis Group’s client, an award-winning Corporate and Business Litigation firm in Lexington, is seeking an Associate Attorney to support its Corporate Transactional, Commercial Real Estate, and/or Estate Planning practice. Highlighted Duties:

• Draft, review, and negotiate corporate contracts.
• Navigate complex transactions with a focus on legal, regulatory, tax, and finance aspects.
• Stay ahead of evolving laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize client structures.
• Develop strong client relationships.
• Occasionally assist with other legal matters within the firm.

Highlighted Requirements:

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Licensed in Kentucky or eligible for UBE transfer.
• 1-4 years of experience in Corporate Law, Commercial Real Estate, or Estate Planning (newly licensed attorneys will also considered).
• Strong writing and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated professional with a proactive approach.
