Job Description
**ManTech** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Document Control Specialist** to join our team in Sunol, CA. This is a Part Time on Call (PTOC) position.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Provide training and support for our document management system, and specifically the software package known as QT9, on an on-call basis.
+ Train on how to navigate the software, to ensure documents are organized, updated as necessary, named correctly, all approvals have been obtained, and employees are trained on them.
+ Train on how to ensure nonconformances and corrective actions are addressed, completed and closed.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ 5+ years of experience with the ISO/IEC 17025 standard and the software QT9.
+ 3+ years of experience in document control utilizing ISO standards, preferably ISO/IEC 17025.
+ Must be very familiar with working within a quality management system, specifically in the area of document control and have the ability to help drive actions to completion.
**Clearance Requirements:**
+ US Citizenship required with the ability to obtain a public trust.
**Physical Requirements:**
+ Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
+ Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
+ Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers.
+ Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
