About the Job: 

Schilling Beer Co. is seeking dishwashers in a part-time or full-time capacity. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude and cares about their work. They have the ability to maintain and operate a clean and well-organized dish room, and are willing and able to work hard during busy periods. Must be able to lift 50-60lbs.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this role possesses:

• A dependable way to get to/from work.
• A positive, upbeat attitude and a friendly demeanor, including during fast-paced service. 
• Willingness to support in various ways beyond the kitchen when/if needed (organizing, cleaning, clearing tables, restocking glassware and dishes, etc.).
• A team-oriented disposition to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Strong initiative–going above and beyond without being asked–and a passion for details and delivering exceptional results.
• Multi-tasking capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to lift approximately 50-60 lbs.
• Flexibility to occasionally work beyond normal working hours and on weekends/holidays.
• The ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time 

Pay: $18.00 per hour plus sales-based gratuities with advancement after 3 months for hard-working and dependable employees.
