Technical Management Lead original factory-level maintenance for at least three types of imported equipment, including chromatography, mass spectrometry, spectroscopy, electron microscopes, atomic force microscopes, XRD, and imaging systems. Establish chip-level repair technical standards and a preventive maintenance system. Collaborate to develop critical component replacement solutions for imported equipment, coordinating with original factory technical resources to overcome repair barriers. Team Management Manage a technical team (including foreign engineers), design a multilingual training system, and ensure the team masters the latest equipment repair technologies (e.g., new models from Zeiss, Thermo Fisher, Leica, Olympus). Implement a 7×24 emergency response mechanism to ensure downtime for key laboratory equipment ≤8 hours. Compliance & Business Development Ensure overseas repairs meet international certifications (e.g., FDA/CE) and domestic repairs adhere to original factory standards. Lead the productization of maintenance services, developing value-added services such as extended warranty packages, equipment relocation, and leasing.
