LaSalle Network is hiring for a Director, Cybersecurity Architecture to lead innovation at a growing leader in healthcare. This position is Remote with limited travel to Dallas, Nashville, and Chicago. This high-impact role will shape how security architecture protects patient data, advances cloud strategy, and fortifies clinical systems across a complex ecosystem. Director, Cybersecurity Architecture Responsibilities:
Define and drive cybersecurity architecture strategy aligned with healthcare risk and compliance.
Design secure solutions across cloud platforms (Azure), clinical systems, and medical devices (IoMT).
Lead Security Architecture Review Boards and embed security into SDLC and DevOps practices.
Guide implementation of Zero Trust, DevSecOps, and secure cloud-native technologies.
Mentor a high-performing team of architects and engineers.
Collaborate with clinical, IT, and legal teams to integrate HIPAA, NIST, and regulatory standards.
Evaluate emerging security technologies and influence enterprise decisions.
Director, Cybersecurity Architecture Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, computer science, or related fields; Master’s preferred.
10-15+ years of progressive cybersecurity experience; 5+ years in architecture leadership.
Expertise across cloud security (Azure, AWS), IAM, application security, and data protection.
Deep knowledge of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HITECH) and security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001).
Strong executive communication skills and the ability to lead through influence.
Certifications like CISSP-ISSAP, TOGAF, CCSP, or AWS Solutions Architect preferred.
